Welcome and congratulations!

At the start of the Summer, we had a joint BBQ with our collaborators labs. It was great timing, as the lab had several reasons to celebrate!

1. Congratulations to Alana Slike, for transferring to the Ph.D. program in Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and for receiving the Clive Greenway presentation award for best presentation by a 1st or 2nd year student in our departmental seminar series.
   
   
2. Congratulations to Paris Musaphir for being awarded the CIHR Canada Graduate Scholarship - Masters.
   
   
3. Congratulations to Lucy Namuli for receiving the Research Manitoba Masters Studentship.
   
   
4. Congratulations to all three undergraduates for successfully obtaining competitive funding to support their work in the lab:

• Mason Hollebeke: ENRRICH Summer Studentship (2023) and University of Manitoba Undergraduate Research Award (2023, declined)
